- RETURN
• We require you to produce/attach the original purchase invoice and a minimum of two photographs of the product at the time of placing a return/exchange request.
• The product should be returned to us within 7 days from delivery
• Return/exchange of product if bought from any other website/dealer will be subject to the return policy of the respective website/dealer
• We only accept returns/exchanges, if the item is purchased directly from our website www.vinodcookware.com or showroom
• Returns are accepted only in case of Manufacturing Defects, Shipping Damages or Wrong Product Received
• If you require to return or exchange an item you may contact us with your request at service@titaniumproductindia.com
- Refund
• If multiple products were ordered and only part of the order contents are to be returned then you will be refunded only for the price of the order component returned.
• Vinod Cookware reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return Policy at any time without serving prior notice.
• Return refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
• Refunds will equal the price you paid for the product on purchase.
- Cancellation
